Setup fee (by quote)

To design financing tailored to your project: analysis, financial modeling, legal framework, and technical implementation.

Ranges from €1,900 to €3,900 depending on the setup, support, and package selected

Success fee (6 to 8%)

This commission is only payable in the event of success, based on a fair model founded on performance and trust.

Royalty fees (5%)

A commission is also deducted from the royalties paid to investors to ensure proper monitoring of the financing throughout its term.

Once your request has been submitted and reviewed, these rates and terms are subject to change, we tailor our approach to each project. The fees cover all authentication, payment (credit card, bank transfer, check), and administrative costs.

Discounts are available for young startups and impact startups.
