Fin 2019, RECNOREC a lancé une opération de BSA AIR 

Cette opération a permis de recueillir, auprès de 58 contributeurs  :
41 500 € en 2019, 100 500 € en 2020, 80 800 € en 2021 et 8 500 € au T1 2022, soit un total de 231 300 €.

Cette opération va se poursuivre encore quelques mois ;  nous visons d'atteindre au final 260 000 € via les BSA AIR.

Your investment

By investing, you subscribe to RECNOREC for a royalty on the company's turnover, proportional to your investment. The total investors will receive 1,75 % from the turnover achieved each year for a fundraising of 292 056,00 €.
If RECNOREC realizes its forecast, the return for each investor will be 100,00 % gross to 5 years.

What happens if the forecast is not reached?
In the event that the forecast is not reached after 5 years and the activity continues, RECNOREC will continue to pay the royalties until a return of 1,15 times the amount invested is reached.

When do payments start?
The Royalty is transferred over a period of 5 years from 01/01/2024 and will be paid to investors on a quarterly basis.

All these elements will appear in your contract during the investment.

Currently, prior to the completion of the fundraising of this offer, the company Has, with sufficient net working capital to meet its obligations and cash flow needs for the next 6 months.

Sources of funding under consideration in connection with the project presented for the next 6 months:

Une convention de subvention d'investissement a été signée en Octobre 2020 avec la région Ile de France. Nous allons pouvoir présenter courant 2022 les dépenses correspondantes et récupérer ainsi 115 000 €. Nous prévoyons par ailleurs de soumettre de nouveaux dossiers en 2022 et 2023 auprès de BPI , ADEME et CITEO afin d'obtenir 300 000 € de subventions additionnelles.
Enfin, grâce à l'augmentation des fonds propres résultante de l'opération de crowdfunding avec WEDOGOOD, nous pourrons aller négocier des prêts bancaires de 300 000 € pour financer les derniers investissements à réaliser pour la première unité de production.

La production de RECNOREC est encore expérimentale, ce qui ne permet pas une traction commerciale représentative et convaincante à ce jour. La contractualisation début 2022 de 2 grandes commandes de travaux, et la production des premières grandes plaques de matériau fin mars vont permettre désormais a RECNOREC de présenter à ses futurs clients des exemples concrets de réalisation et ainsi d'obtenir rapidement des lettres d'intention.
