What happens if the forecast is not reached?
In the event that the forecast is not reached after 5 years and the activity continues, CAMCHA SERVICES will continue to pay the royalties until a return of 1,50 times the amount invested is reached.
When do payments start?
The Royalty is transferred over a period of 5 years from 01/01/2026 and will be paid to investors on a quarterly basis.
All these elements will appear in your contract during the investment.

1. Une tension économique pourrait réduire des budgets des entreprises. En revanche, en temps de tensions économiques, les dirigeants cherchent à valoriser le pouvoir de leurs collaborateurs à moindres coûts ; CAMCHA s'avère être une bonne solution pour mobiliser les collaborateurs et leur renforcer leur pouvoir d'achat.
2. La technologie est essentielle, le risque serait de ne pas renforcer la compétitivité de notre plateforme. Nous devons donc constamment évoluer en améliorant l'expérience utilisateur et mettre en place des outils de gamification.
3. Ne pas se protéger de cyberattaques constituerait aussi un risque. C'est pour cela que nous aimerions renforcer notre équipe technologique et renforcer notre défense contre des cyberattaques.
